What's the meaning of taking your own risk?

Photo A
This is what I see familiar in Japan.

What's this?

I don't know...

This is the proper bolt.

M10 goujon.

This is what I saw in the latest sea cliff climbing..

...and its environment.

Sea cliff as it is obvious.

Until you open the bolt, even a developer can NOT know if the bolt is alright and trust worthy...

So climb at your own risk... the words sound so empty...

What the heck dose it mean????  It means "Don't blame me if the bolt fails!" ???

But in reality, the law has already decided it is the developer's fault...

■ Experienced climbers too can not know

Even experienced climbers too can not know how strong the bolts are...

so their solution... is DOES NOT FALL... so did I.

This is a unique anchor I saw near by crags...

which even the developper climber does NOT use...

since he doesn't need it to practice.

Why use it when the developer himself does not use it?

Because you want to lead climb?

You might be better to lead climb till you hold the tree...

I was feeling uneasy and my mind was trying to find the answer... why why why...

may be that is why I like to climb outside of Japan.
